80 Collins St 41st Floor refurbishment
Kingdom Constructions Group is building its reputation for office fit outs, and in 2014 was involved in transforming the 41st floor in the iconic building formally known as Nauru House. Our client, Harris HMC, were looking to develop the floor into a new open plan office space to facilitate communication and a collaborative working environment.
Our scope was a complete office fit-out, handling the process from start to finish including all joinery, flooring and furniture. The job also required the construction of new sizeable board rooms for meetings, allowing our clients to run a professional work-space and meet productivity goals.
As with all projects, difficulties were met, including limited means of access to the 41st floor. Using innovation and initiative, our team resolved this problem, successfully transporting all equipment and furniture the location of works. The final product is a contemporary office solution that encourages a team-based workplace.
