JCB Accounting Head Office - Mixed Use Development
Bayswater
A 3 story multi unit development with a restaurant space on the ground floor and 2 levels of office above.
Full demolition of the old medical centre on the site, with good access due to the laneway, the tight site required 19 piles 6m deep and underpinning of the 2 storey red brick wall next door.
AFS walls were utilised to alleviate the need for a crane if precast was used. This was then rendered to give a fresh modern feel and timber look aluminium cladding over.
An internal lift, DDA compliant bathrooms & kitchenettes on all floors.
