Scape Swanston Reading Room/Library
The vacant room on the street level of Scape Student Accommodation, Swanston Street side, was converted into a new reading room by Kingdom Constructions Group. The previously empty, stand-alone room was tied into the existing adjacent skyscraper, cutting through the concrete wall and floor and constructing a new staircase to create easy access from within Scape.
The contemporary thematic library offers students a convenient study area, and allowed Scape to make maximum use of a previously unused room.
