Loyola Pavilion Upgrade - Knock Down, Rebuild
Home to the Watsonia Baseball Club and Bundoora United Cricket Club, Loyola Pavilion is an important landmark to the Bundoora community and has been since 1974.
As Head Contractor, Kingdom Constructions Group transformed the outdated facilities; extending the existing pavilion which involved adding in a new kitchen and Social Room. The existing changerooms were revitalised and environmentally friendly initiatives were incorporated including the installation of 31 10.1kW solar panels as well as a 5,000L water tank.
