KCG-192 - Montmorency and AK Lines Pavilion Upgrades
Kingdom Constructions Group started 2019 with a package job which saw the female friendly upgrades of the Montmorency and AK Lines Pavilions. Both jobs primary purpose was to create new bathroom space including new toilet and shower partitions.
Both jobs involved demolishing the existing, run down bathrooms, replacing toilets, basins and shower mixers. A slip-resistant epoxy flake system was used for the bathroom floors which will help with durability and will offer safety to users.
AK Lines also required a roof replacement in the area of one of the bathrooms which was discovered after construction had begun. Kingdom Constructions Group promptly handled these works as well. Further, the project was held to a strict deadline, with an exhibition football match being held at AK Lines Reserve the day after construction was complete. Kingdom Constructions Group is flexible and works hard to meet its client’s needs.
Kingdom Constructions Group team members are heavily involved in their community, particularly in sports clubs. It is rewarding for us when we work on projects like this which gives back to the community.
