Timber Ridge Pavilion Refurbishment
Timber ridge Pavilion is the centrepiece of a local community hub for recreational activities and sports competitions in Doncaster. The refurbishment works of the Pavilion were undertaken for client, Manningham City Council and involved the upgrade of the existing structure and extension to the external toilet block for new storage.
Internally, works included new bathrooms, the construction of a First Aid room and a fully renovated kitchen complimented by a new Stainless steel range hood. Additionally, a new mechanical ventilation system was designed and installed throughout the pavilion, and club rooms were upgraded with bench seats fitted. Externally, the building was rendered, and new concrete DDA ramps were poured providing access for the disadvantaged.
