Glen Medical - Medical Centre
Glen Waverley
Full extension of the existing Waverley clinic. Kingdom Constructions Group carried out a second level extension over the existing carpark creating 7 new consult rooms plus three procedure rooms, new waiting room, reception and staff room.
The existing building was was fully upgraded, which included new lighting, windows, new AV system, larger accessible doors, full building render & painting. Addition of solar and new lift.
The carpark was also updated to allow for the new entry.
All the works were carried out while the clinic remained operational downstairs.
We had the pleasure of working with a superb design team at C. Kairouz Architects & an ultra professional Project Management team Shepherd Consulting Group coupled with our excellent site management team and quality subcontractors.
