Mont Albert Scout Hall
Mont Albert
Mont Albert Scout Hall is the centrepiece of a local community hub for Scouts & recreational activities such as Yoga & Taekwondo.
The refurbishment works of the Hall was undertaken for client, Whitehorse City Council and involved the upgrade of the existing structure with a full external recladding.
Internally, works included new bathrooms, the construction of a First Aid room and a fully renovated kitchen.. New flooring & windows added with a new mechanical ventilation system was designed and installed throughout the hall.
The building access was upgraded with new stairs, handrails and DDA compliant access ramp.
