Western Health Drug Services Building - Refurbishment
Our clients, Western Health wanted to upgrade their facilities in their existing Footscray Drug Services Building, needing to reinvigorate the existing workspace and rectify facility damage accrued over time. Structurally, the building was sinking, and Western Health needed a contractor who could facilitate raising the slab.
Kingdom Constructions were employed to oversee the raising of the slab, and modern technology in the form of a Uretek Polyurethane Resin Injection System was used to complete the works. Our crew were also responsible for the removal of existing flooring and the installation of over 550m2 of new flooring throughout the building. Bathrooms, storerooms and the exam room were replaced with new vinyl flooring while interview rooms and office spaces were changed to new carpet. Our team also efficiently and effectively handled the buildings damage, patching and painting throughout to refresh the aging building.
Kingdom Constructions handed over the project in August 2017, a revitalised building, perfect for a productive and vibrant workplace.
